DESCRIPTION:By popular request\, a visit to Horner Woods for summer migrants. Meet at the former Park and Ride car park In Barnstaple by Park School at 9.15am. If going direct meet at the water splash just past Cloutsham Farm at 10.30am. (map ref SS 898 430). Afterwards a visit to Chetsford Water. Bring a packed lunch and sturdy footwear as it is steep in places. \nN:B Participation at all events is at your own risk – Please wear appropriate footwear – not town shoes. Finishing times may be earlier or later than advised depending how the day pans out. \n
